2010 Four Legs Sauvignon Blanc

A stand-out Sauvignon Blanc that’s fresh, beautiful to the taste and as crisp as the cool Hills from where it came. The unequivocally cool climate and very old podsolic soils over a schitz or quartz base of low to moderate fertility are ideal for growing conditions. Due to the optimal ripening periods during February and March 2010, vintage 2010 has delivered exceptional quality and balance. Freshly cut spring grass and sage on the nose, paired nicely with fresh citrus and a touch of passionfruit sweetness on the mid palate, prove to be an excellent representation of the region and variety.

2010 Four Legs Shiraz

Carefully selected parcels of Shiraz grapes were sourced from a selection of renowned Shiraz vineyards in premium South Eastern Australian wine regions, where brilliant sun and ancient soils do their best. We have produced a full-bodied and flavoursome wine, deep-hued with richly scented aromatics and a long, soft and juicy palate. A lush mouthfeel, bursting with blackberry, blueberry jam and liquorice, this wine guarantees a true Australian Shiraz experience.
